We realize multi-component systems based on Siemens S7 control technology. The systems are usually visualised and operated via WinCC. The design is custom-made.
The design of the operation can be done in a customer-specific way, touch panels for operation in the system or large-format monitors for operation in the switchroom are possible. The individual components are integrated using Profinet. We have often realized the connection to overarching control with other bus systems (e.g. CAN, Profibus, EtherCAT or Modbus, etc.).
The number of components is scalable and virtually unlimited. Our largest plants exported comprise approximately 2,500 E/A channels for 40 Dosing components involved. A field bus connects the locally separated plant areas. The various BDE systems are connected by software protocol (e.g. TCP/IP).
